Put simply, I am just a wandering college student, discovering the world through food, art and people.

Whenever I eat tofu, salad, or any kind of cheese made out of a nut, my best friend exclaims “Gosh, that’s SO vegan!” I think it’s becoming my catchphrase.

I became vegan last March for a lot of different reasons- lactose intolerance, health, animal rights- the usual. I am not here to try to convert everyone to this lifestyle, only to show that yes, I may not eat animal products, but I eat absolutely delicious food- try it!

Thank you so much! It’s great to meet you too. I’ve found that blogging is the perfect way to procrastinate college studying… haha 🙂

Have you figured out how to make the “Works Burger” from The Golden Mean in Santa Monica California? Love your site.

  4. Hi, I found your site through Food gawker. And I am happy I did. I am a vegetarian ( including dairy products but no eggs , meat etc) by practice and faith. I hope to learn the vegan version of Continental cuisine( I am an Indian) through your blog. And you are doing wonderful job managing your college and having such a wonderful blog. Looking forward to more of your posts. All the best!!!
